East Hertfordshire Crime And Reduction Partnership (CDRP)

Provided leadership, management and support for a team of over 130 staff across CID, Response and Safer Neighbourhood teams. Responsible for all CDRP performance issues.Key Achievements:Forged strong relationships with external agencies and led a very successful local crime reduction initiative. Negotiated additional funding and development and implemented.

Established the newly formed Force Diversity Unit and appointed Force Diversity Lead. Developed and launched the Organisation's Confidence and Equality (Diversity) Strategy and managed the post-launch implementation project. Introduced and implemented a new operating model resulting in many significant cultural improvements which received positive.
