Responsible for Offshore – Onshore blade repair and retro-fit campaigns throughout Europe and the UK on VESTAS, Siemens and Nordex sites. Preparation of supporting documentation to include resource schedules, technician profiling, manning plans, RAMS, team selection, equipment selection, logistics and travel. Collation of site activities and hours to assist with prompt valuation and invoicing. Maintain site overview to ensure works are compliant with relevant SWI’s and in-line with technical specification through reporting review and continuous site support. Evaluation of site progress, maintain client expectations, and manage effective forward planning.

Responsible for all aspects of multi-faceted Rope Access activities within Oil, Gas and Wind Industry sectors. IRATA nominated point of contact for Internal audits and quarterly safety statistics returns. Implementation and review of Group Rope Access procedures. Liaison with engineering departments to compile site specific RAMS and work packs relevant to project scope. Team selection, skills and competencies review pre-requisite for work scope undertaken. Overall control of Rope Access equipment, ensuring inspection, maintenance, storage, issue, selection regimes are in line with legislation and best practice.

IRATA L3 Safety Supervisor for Onshore / Offshore rope access activities in the Oil, Gas and Renewable sectors. Liaison with OIM, Rig office and Bridge regarding permits, Safety Job Analysis, Risk Assessments, Rescue Procedures. Ensuring use of correct company procedure applicable to task. Work scopes to include UT thickness inspection, MPI inspection, Bolt inspection, Drops Survey, Painting. UK Offshore wind farms, carrying out retro fit PCU upgrade and removal and replacement of factory fitted misaligned Dinoshells. Responsible for site coordination, client liaison, progress schedule reports and daily site diary, in addition to client report compilation.
