My litigation experience includes criminal prosecution and defense (over 25 cases), financial industry arbitration defense (over 100 cases), and defense of regulatory actions brought by the SEC, FINRA, NFA, and state regulators. Significant cases in the Army included lead counsel on a contested murder trial and defending soldiers on a high profile prison misconduct case in Iraq. At VSR, I litigated multi-million dollar disputes involving selling away claims and suitability claims from the Great Recession. Proud graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI (undergraduate) and from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
