Operating,maintaining and developing the administrative and financial procedures and systems of the school, in co-operation with the rest of the Leadership Team and Governors, ensuring that all legal and safety requirements with regard to people and property are maintained. Responsible for the day to day management of the School (400+ students). • Intimately involved in a multi £bn change proposal to deliver training and infrastructure support through civilian contractor(HOLDFAST)• Instrumental in the refurbishment of welfare facility including sourcing charitable funding, contract letting and project management.• Responsible for reviewing training material to ensure currency and relevance• Interviewing, Selection and reporting on civilian staff• Responsible for the supervision of central bank account, public fund and management of 3 RSME Budget.• Unit equipment manager providing equipment care guidance• Liaison with Ofsted and preparation for inspections.
