• Commanded a Squadron of 130 men and 80 vehicles responsible for constructing temporary infrastructure and subsequently providing life and operational support to a 3000 strong multinational headquarters.
• Accountable for the management and development of all personnel to meet a wide variety of challenging demands.
• Organised, planned and successfully led numerous extended multinational exercises.

• Responsible for the day to day management of equipment and personnel. Guided the Squadron through a considerable change management project involving the move into new facilities.
• As Unit Health and Safety officer completely reviewed and reworked Regimental safety policy.
