  Key player of the apartment complex I would make sure everyone is comfortable at the apartments. I would collect Revenue from the residents that are staying at the apartment complex. I would make deposits into a bank account. I would oversee maintenance workers and help them locate the apartment that needed to be worked on. I would help inspect the apartment that everything is clean and repaired for a new resident to move in. I approve purchases that are meant for the apartments for example purchasing agricultural items to make the apartment flourish. I would improve the security of financial accounts.
