Delivered automated processes for Snap-on’s Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESP) by writing SQL scripts, which eliminated the need for manual data entry.Aided in recruiting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, background and drug screens, new hire orientations, and managing associate data in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Assisted in the management of a multi-million dollar reconstruction project of the Snap-on historical museum (4 month time line). Responsibilities included overseeing contractors, gathering resources, verifying historical data, and operating within the budget.

Worked with the IT Generation Custom Software Solutions team. Provided support for in-house ad-hoc reporting software including applying patches for bugs found within the software and collaborating with business units to develop software improvements. Created batch jobs to run on Autosys servers which were written in java to pull and validate data from Oracle databases and web services.Processed and executed change management tickets for the batch jobs which included documenting proposed changes, reasons for changes, impact of changes, action plan, back-out plan, and roll-out communication plan.General IT duties included: Maintaining and updating yearly security user ID audit; Evaluating new software before requesting updates from the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team; Verifying software content complies with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) guidelines.
