Jon was the Technical Lead for the development of a global compliance process within the pharmaceutical industry. As such he performed initial detailed process discovery workshops and architectural and process designs. During this project he was also responsible for the development team and their deliverables. The global process was developed using IBM BPM.

Jon was a BPM consultant for a seed tracking project within the GMO field of the bio-agricultural industry. This was a rescue mission contract, a system was being built by another consulting firm who were missing their deadlines. I was called upon to do whatever it took to help meet the deadline as such my duties were pretty varied but my day to day.
