I cultivated valuable commercial acumen through my retail career, and in 2007 I moved to the airport sector at Stansted airport where I helped to influence and deliver transformational people and operational change. Most recently at British Airways I was privileged to lead my team contribute to the design, test and implementation of a new airline departure control system called FLY as part of a major IT change programme.
