Head of US Global Analytics Retail Modeling team responsible for all Basel and credit risk models within the North American business units (and ad hoc global support as needed) including mortgages, cards, personal loans and business banking. Responsible for leading the on and offshore teams, interfacing with our business partners, providing updates to management committees, establishing modeling procedures, and interacting with auditors/regulators. Head of US Global Analytics Vintage Profitability team responsible for establishing policy and procedures for a framework to ensure new account originations meet return hurdles. Responsible across the HSBC Retail products globally for leading the risk portion of this cross functional team providing additional resourcing for development work along with consulting, oversight, and management updates.
