Accounts/Clients: BAT Malaysia / Deutsche Knowledge Services / Inpex / Baker Hughes / BAE Systems- Sources candidates in order to establish talent pools for different vacancies and live requisitions.- Screens candidates’ CV's against position criteria.- Contacts qualified candidates to learn their interest with potential job opportunities.- Conducts initial phone screen to qualify the candidate's experience and suitability for the requisitions.- Uploads the CV's of the interested candidates into the database and tags them accordingly.- Endorses shortlisted candidates to the hiring manager- Schedules the interview between the hiring manager and the candidateAccounts/Clients: Citi/Santander− Manages the first phase of the recruitment process for different business areas.− Decides whether candidates meet the criteria set by client (pass or fail) after effective screening.− Verifies information on applications and contacts candidates who passed initial screening for an online test.− Sends rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates from the initial screening and to those who failed the online test.− Manages a database of referrals sent by the clients.− Advises senior management on the status of the applications of their referrals.− Manages expectations, service levels and targets set by the client.− Performs ad-hoc tasks assigned by the client's on-site recruiter which include but are not limited to reports and other admin tasks.Account/Client: CSC- Handles contract extensions of temp workers, including submitting extension requests, tracking approvals, sending out new contracts and following up as appropriate- Coordinates with temp workers regarding their employment status- Issues necessary documentation to the leaving employees and liaising with all involved internal parties to ensure smooth transition of company property.
