I am responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining all equipment located within the hosted facilities that provide Interactive Intelligence’s Cloud-based service offerings.​ This position requires me to work with Microsoft Windows servers infrastructure, MS SQL, Hyper-V, and storage area networks (SAN).​I am also responsible for managing routine maintenance and upgrades while proactively monitoring the production environment, driving issues to resolution.​ Additionally, I work with other Interactive Intelligence team members, globally, to insure that the infrastructure design provides 99.999% reliability to CaaS customers.

Provide monitoring support for over 10,000 servers globally and resolve problems with platforms operations as needed. Lead small projects in regards for monitoring application support. Resolved issues with windows servers, restoring files, and maintaining security updates and patches for the servers. Support account request and access to various hardware throughout the environment and managed Active Directory groups and accounts. Replaced faulty hardware and troubleshooting issues that come in through Remedy ticketing systems.

Responsible for configuring laptops/desktops and setting up group policies for the environment. Troubleshooting issues and providing support for email, networking, and managing ANGEL Course content. Responsible for setting up wireless classrooms and study areas throughout the medical side of the campus.
