Leading a production team to construct structure with: what material, how to support, What kind of finishing, etc .....3. Make a quick decision on which Supplier to use. 4. Decision Maker on any Last min Technical issue. 5. Manpower Arrangement.

1. Follow my supervisor instruction and Assist for any existing event 2. Finding some new supplier or contractor to run a event 3. Raise a Estimation Costing for new Event4. Propose a solution to supervisor when problem appear to get approval.
