This included the commercial, financial and risk mitigation management of the Energy Division. I lead a team that scaled up to in excess of 400 personnel though a number of operations managers. I later moved into the Assistant General Managers role, where my responsibilities expanded to include land bank management, financial planning and forecasting. I introduced and modelling tool to forecast NPV and ROI based on varying scenario's, a stock management tool and a suite of KPIs. Initially I was responsible for an area within the cannery at Wodonga with a team of approximately 50 working in a 24/7 shirt environment to ensure schedule, productivity, quality and safety targets were being met.
