My current duties as Creative Manager of GM Ocado, Fetch, Sizzle and Fabled cross several aspects including managing the team of 9 creatives, project managing all work that comes in to us including working with wider teams on improving briefing and cutting down on amends. I also check creative that comes from the team to make sure it fits with brand and tone. I also help with the new creative (new products/large campaigns/guidelines etc) and build parts of the sites in html5/css3.I liaise with the web trading, marketing and store teams to ensure that they are happy with the output as well as suggesting new ways to improve the creative and functionality within. In my time working at Ocado I have helped with new branding (Fabled in particular) as well as push what we can do for the company (animation, in-house catalogues for example) whilst at the same time implementing many new ways of working which help both the creative and wider teams.

I was hired as a digital designer for email marketing and online advertising creative but was promoted to Creative Manager in charge of the brand identity. I help to look after a team of 10 designers online and offline to ensure brand preservation as well as new design concepts through to application, all in an incredibly past-paced environment that has to be able to cope with quick turn arounds but with no loss of quality. I also help to look after the video team with storyboarding and writing.My current position has me working on all aspects of our designs from initial ideas, including input with copywriting and working through the brief, right the way up to build and export whether that be print or web, directly to the stakeholders.
