Field superintendent in Anaco Venezuela for Saxon energy.• Over see the day to day operations of our drilling and work over rigs • Report directly to Operations Manager. • Track weekly and monthly costs to ensure rigs are working within the budget• Ensure our operation is performing to the highest quality and standards. • Provide leadership and support to the Drilling Superintendents and Rig Mangers to ensure the rigs are adhering to all standards and policies of Saxon and PDVSA. • Weekly meetings with client regarding all aspects of the drilling and work over operation.

Rig Manager Duties include: Oversee all drilling operations, supervise Spanish speaking crews, coordinate with Company Men, ensure operations are ran in an efficient and safe manner, general mechanical and electrical problem-solving, ensure all company safety policies and standards are adhered to, complete safety meetings, drills and paperwork for all specific roles on the rig.
