HeyMo is Turkey's most cutting edge experiential marketing and experience design company. Adapted early in 2020 to cope with world during the COVID pandemic, HeyMo pioneered digital and hybrid experiences.My tasks and challenges included but were not limited to:- Understanding client briefs, coming up with unique and effective deliverable ideas and executing in-person, online and in addition hybrid brand experiences and events.- As an Assistant Experience Designer, I was tasked with helping senior designers up to the CEO with any and all needs and challenges, organization and supplemental support.- I was tasked with leveraging my native English skills in dealing with foreign clients and events as well as domestic events that utilized English content.- Most of my time was devoted to event and experience hospitality, greeting and organizing the trip of visiting guests, speakers. This included tasks such as time management, logistics management and all hospitality needs. This allowed me to be very versatile and gave me the skill to think on my feet and solve multiple problems simultaneously.

• NissanUnited under the umbrella of TBWA Worldwide facilitates the global advertising (TVC, OOH, Digital, etc.) of their largest client, the Nissan Motor Corporation.• Charged with facilitating communication between local and regional Nissan clients with TBWA agencies around the world, including a multi-layered creative approval process• Extensive community management, with an emphasis on Nissan social accounts and digital assets/activations, sourcing content, social listening and reporting• Coordinating the introduction of “NissanUnited 3.0”, an initiative aimed at integrating precision marketing to overall Nissan marketing, including data integration and utilization in all aspects of the creative process.

• Collaborated with internal team regarding general brand and market positioning of Selamlique including new ventures and product launches such as a first of its kind Turkish Coffee capsule machine.• Preparation of proofing of all media content, complete overhaul of social platforms that resulted in a 175% increase in followers and user engagement.• Spearheaded strategic partnerships between Selamlique and major brands like Qatar Airways and Turkey's largest app based delivery company Getir.• Designed and facilitated multiple brand presentations in preparing to partner with major retailers like John Lewis and Harrods Department store in London, UK.• Spearheaded an IOT project based on an Augmented Reality platform that transformed the coffee consumption experience for consumers, specifically the ritual of fortune telling.

• Consulted with several clients such as Heineken, Phillip Morris, American Express and Coca Cola HBC regarding their brand narrative re-designs and re-discoveries.• Travelled extensively (Mumbai, New York, London, etc.) to consult with clients regarding the development of their brand models concluded with a unique strategic brand manual.• Participated in several brand and product re-launches including a successful packaging and communicative re-design of the major Greek based vegan cheese brand Violife.• Involved in the preparation of keynote presentations by the CEO Peter Economides which were delivered globally to audiences of 10,000+ participants including diplomats and industry leaders.

• Involved in the initial launch phase of the hotel where I was responsible for market research that was to be translated into useable branding and marketing material on social platforms.• Facilitated multiple networking and awareness events at and for the NoMo SoHo Hotel attended by several vendors, high level guests and promotional/marketing professionals.
