Executive Experience Designer
CurrentHeyMo is Turkey's most cutting edge experiential marketing and experience design company. Adapted early in 2020 to cope with world during the COVID pandemic, HeyMo pioneered digital and hybrid experiences.My tasks and challenges included but were not limited to:- Understanding client briefs, coming up with unique and effective deliverable ideas and executing in-person, online and in addition hybrid brand experiences and events.- As an Assistant Experience Designer, I was tasked with helping senior designers up to the CEO with any and all needs and challenges, organization and supplemental support.- I was tasked with leveraging my native English skills in dealing with foreign clients and events as well as domestic events that utilized English content.- Most of my time was devoted to event and experience hospitality, greeting and organizing the trip of visiting guests, speakers. This included tasks such as time management, logistics management and all hospitality needs. This allowed me to be very versatile and gave me the skill to think on my feet and solve multiple problems simultaneously.
