Investigated and developed the in vitro characteristics of our cell therapy product through: -Transducing, culturing, and enriching CAR-T cell product- Cytotoxic T cell potency assays- Jurkat dose response activation assays- Transient Jurkat transfections - Multicolor flow cytometry (5+ colors)- Engineering and culturing cancer cell lines (through CRISPR or viral transduction) for use in killing assays- Short and long term (100+ hrs) imaging studies using flourophores and cell dyes
