Our business focuses on the supply of Ford engines and components to all manner of automotive applications and JCB Dieselmax and Ecomax engines to industrial applications under our Power Torque banner and marine diesel engines from JCB, KOHLER, FNM, AGCO & FPT through our Mermaid Marine division.For me, it is a great business to be in as I have a fascination for anything engine powered whether on wheels or tracks, on the water or in the air which is why I have spent my working life here.Our business is so diverse with new challenges every day, meeting new people at all levels with an addictive enthusiasm for their products and helping them to breathe life into it by the supply of one of our engine or components packages.We are happy to deal with all levels of industry from the large ‘Blue Chip’ corporations building thousands of machines with a raft of processes to comply with to ‘Fred-in-a-Shed’ building one or two machines a year with little time for systems, administration & bureaucracy – in all cases our role is to help them achieve their goal of bringing their idea to fruition.We embrace all new engine technologies and adapt to changing market conditions which is a must if you are to stay ahead in this business.Long live the internal combustion engine!!
