Jon is highly focused on the disposition and acquisition of multi-family investments in Los Angeles. Specializing in multi-family investment sales, land redevelopment, student housing, and commercial real estate throughout Southern California. Jon brings over a decade of real estate experience, including handling hundreds of millions of dollars in transactional volume. Jon’s passion, work ethic, and integrity allow him to provide unparalleled service and market knowledge to his clients and investors.He prides himself in being honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to exclusively representing and advising his clients. He is a skilled communicator, highly analytical, a strategic negotiator, and his knowledge of the LA market have allowed him to consistently assist his clients in growing their portfolios, completing 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and maximizing cash flow. His ability to manage complex, time-sensitive transactions is based on years of experience, cultivating relationships, and establishing trust.Jon graduated Cum Laude from Pitzer College, member of the Claremont Colleges Consortium, Majoring in Economics/Finance. With a concentration in international business, he has studied abroad in the United Kingdom as well as traveled much of Europe and Asia. Jon enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, hiking, and playing tennis. Jon currently resides in West Hollywood with his wife, Samantha.
