• Be undisputed PPS CSS Hardware and Software product specialist.• Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to act as a service delivery business consultant to create innovative solutions for PPS Field Operations and the customers. • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, providing direction and guidance to product and process improvements. • As on-site subject matter expert, contribute to the development of new ideas to reduce support costs and improve customer experience. • Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge to resolve customer complaints and technical escalations. • Understanding customers’ needs providing technical account management acting as trusted advisor for assigned customers • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives• Proactively share technical knowledge to contribute to increase First Time Fix and reduce multiple interventions. • Mentor/assist less-experienced onsite engineers on complex incidents, and other organizations on specific business challenges where high technical skills & knowledge are required.• Flexibility and availability to accommodate the customer SLAs agreements (including after hours or weekends if needed). • Proactively contribute, develop & deliver improvements for Field Suppliers including coaching & training sessions as required.
