•Inspected and examined construction site and field conditions to identify problems, potential problems and as well as identify cost saving measures. •Keep all parties informed on issues that could affect the project and propose possible solutions •Facilitate conference calls with BP management, Worley Parsons Engineers, vendors, and others as needed.• Review, verify and red-line construction blueprints prior to BP approval and Turnover•Negotiate change orders, ensure proper documentation is in place, and appropriate people are informed of the change.•Manage and maintain Action log to track construction issues which provides a live document between contractor and client. •Provide consistent and detailed communication, both written and verbal, with BP management, Engineering and Staff•Continuously evaluate project status through daily progress reports and communicate through daily reporting to BP. •Review engineering construction packages for completeness and constructability. •Coordinate RFI (Request for Information) and submit through the BP BAR system. •Provide schedule/progress updates to PC (Project Controls) and assist in review of change orders. •Procure turnover documentation and submit to BP commissioning team. •Estimating along with preparing RFP (Request for Bid) submittals.
