I worked with O'Reilly and Bureau van Dijk on the design and initial implementation of Safari Books Online.

Wrote the Web Project column, plus many features and reviews. Built and operated the BYTE website, and ran the new media team. Used Internet technologies for team collaboration, which laid the foundation for the book Practical Internet Groupware.

Following acquisition of Datext by Lotus in August 1987, managed a small team of application programmers developing the One/Source family of CD-ROM-based business information databases.
