I have over 20 years' experience in the Energy industry where I have led back-office teams to improve service, reduce cost, and prevent revenue leakage. I’m passionate about solving problems and enjoy the challenge of a difficult goal. My main areas of expertise have been:Operational Turnaround - taking poorly performing functions and driving the transformation needed to improve outcomes for customers and the business.Creating Efficiencies - driving lower cost through automation, reducing waste, and optimising working practices. Reducing Revenue Leakage - introducing the right policies, governance and business controls to drive the desired financial outturn. Customer Migration - preparing accounts so that they can migrate with minimal delays and minimal customer impact. Stabilising target system performance so that benefits can be realised. I take a pragmatic approach to helping businesses, adapting style and solutions to best fit the organisation’s needs, aspirations and current situation. My role at BFY gives me the opportunity to do this for our clients, helping them with their most challenging problems.
