It included legal entities in Mexico, Malaysia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, and Russia and an export business. I managed the annual planning process for 10 business units. Most importantly, I worked closely with Accountants, Logistics, Legal, Business Unit Managers, and Customer Service during significant turnaround, integration, and growth of the International business, which included: - Grew margin +38% over 2018 and 6% over plan. - Restructured Argentina operation: Installed new President and collaborated in professionalizing staff and company. Used global contacts and knowledge to reduce annual costs by 7%. - Renegotiated favorably and executed a PEAK brand licensing agreement with Chinese partner that was functioning, but unsigned for 2 years. - Recommended and closed Germany and Italy businesses.
