Prior to co-founding Slime, I was a programmer and then product manager at Shopify. At first conceptualizing and coding prototype AR/VR experiences in a small research group, then transitioning to product as 3D commerce became viable. At the end of my tenure I was responsible for delivering image/video/3D infrastructure and features. Earlier still I spent over a decade at a multi-disciplinary research lab at Carleton University. My time there was spent built flight-simulators and leveraging videogame industry technology to build platforms for graduate and post-doctoral cognitive psychology and human factors research.
