An Edtech company founded by a teacher and IT expert ( who also happened to be in the same class at school ) dedicated to enabling schools and businesses to improve staff engagement and allow ideas and innovation to flow. This is achieved through a unique three-part system. Firstly, a bespoke anonymous surveying platform where management can set their own bespoke regular question or choose from our own bank of questions. Secondly, a social wall feature where staff can highlight colleagues going "the extra mile" and thirdly a daily blog on wellbeing and related issues. For schools, we also offer a suite of surveys for parents and other stakeholders.
