Key programs lead included: - Customer Profitability Management: Program in the Americas region serving the beverage organization. The objective of the program was to improve customer profitability, trade and pricing effectiveness via the implementation of a modernized and customized SAP-based ERP and CRM solution. The program also included sophisticated consumer analytics, retail execution and mobility components.- Asset Value Chain Optimization: The objective of the program is to optimize the global value chain for point of sale assets via systematic and automated tracking, inventory management, and streamlined improvements to supply chain processes. The program included integrated planning and ordering ERP components, innovative automated location tracking tools, and ROI analytics.

Engineering and support on large air traffic control (ATC) automation programs, specifically the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) and associated Next Generation Air Transportation System (NEXTGEN) programs and interfacing systems with a specialization in route conversion and trajectory modeling. System engineering performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analysis for operational and supporting ATC systems.

FAA National ERAM Transition and Deployment Lead as part of the FAA 2nd-Level Engineering team in support of the US Air Route Traffic Control Centers. Successfully lead all 20 US ARTCCs through ERAM GA and transition Phase 1-3 as well as all ERAM deployment key sites through Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and Operational Readiness Decision (ORD).
