Working as an instructor, running sessions for clients of all ages.

Work Experience (Marketing). After requesting work experience at Southport College, within their Marketing Department, I have liaised with the Head of Marketing and completed a number of tasks such as a Marketing Communications Plan/Review, a strategy plan for their online marketing via Facebook and a four-week marketing plan aimed at increasing the number of businesses taking on apprentices'.

In this role I was solely responsible for serving customers, and maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and functioning of the Customer Service desk, processing customers shopping, whilst also maintaining the fresh bread, and bakery section, ensuring stock levels were maintained, baking extra when necessary.

I had two roles whilst at Waitrose both falling under the bracket of Customer Service assistant. For the first three years of my employment I worked as a Cashier, serving customers with a standardised service. My second role for the latter two years of my employment was as part of the Fresh Foods team, working to keep stock levels maintained, and managing deliveries, ensuring that deliveries were distributed to the shop floor.
