After 38 years as the prior owner and CEO of Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting (JWC) and 3 additional years as the Director of Business Development for McCormick-JWC Construction & Consulting (MCC-JWC) I have entered a new chapter and focusing my attention as a Business Development Consultant for McCormick Consulting Group (MCG). MCG is owned by my very good friend Steve McCormick. Steve and his brother Mike are the 4th generation owners of McCormick Construction, McCormick Interiors and McCormick Consulting Group. MCC-JWC shall continue providing full-service Project Management and General Contracting Services to HOA's, Multi-Family Communities and Commercial projects to the Southern California Area.

Provided business development services and transitioning assistance from my prior company, Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting to the new owner, Steve McCormick of McCormick Construction.

We provide full service Maintenance and Reconstruction Services for Homeowner Owner Associations, Multifamily Apartment Communities and Commercial Projects. Our services include Monthly Maintenance Contracts, Water Intrusion Repairs, Aging Property Renovations and Post Litigation Reconstruction Services. We also provide Legal Expert support including Site Investigations, Scope of Work definitions, Cost of Repair, Destructive Testing and Settlement Analysis.
