Responsibilities to grow Sales and lead field Operations for all aspects of the Pittsburgh market; including Service, Repair, New Equipment and Modernization.

Specifically dealing with elevator and escalator service sales / account management in the Southeastern Michigan area. I manage relationships with over 200 existing customers in the area and develop business to ensure continuous growth.Use creative approach to help grow the company faster than our market competition.

Recruited part-time package handling on campus. Attended job fairs, conducted tours and interviews to staff the Central Ohio facilities during all three shifts. Interned 25-hours per week while attending class full time.

Performed management duties to run and operate a Sherwin Williams store in Central Ohio. Completed various training modules to understand all aspects of the business from the corporate level down to the local site. Developed and maintained local customer relationships, and was involved with store management responsbilities during peak business periods.

Worked closely with line workers, quality assurance, industrial engineering, maintenance, quality management, and sanitation. Analyzed data to help improve plant-operating efficiencies. Executed various tasks to allow better production in the Solon, Ohio plant
