Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills in investigations, emergency response, and community relations, consistently earning recognition for my work in these areas.Currently serving as a Lieutenant with the La Crosse Police Department, I have gained expertise in Community Policing/Community Engagement, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and Alcohol Compliance. I have also participated in Data Driven practices and Leadership Training which has prepared me to handle a wide range of challenging situations.In addition to my on-the-job experience, I have also demonstrated a commitment to ongoing professional development. I regularly attend training sessions and conferences, and have completed Northwestern's School of Public Safety Police Staff and Command.
