• Perform on-site installation and service of Zund digital finishing equipment• Provide paperwork related to the installation and service of Zund digital finishing equipment (service report, Warranty certificates, expense reports)• Troubleshooting and phone support for Zund Customers• Customer service on Zund related equipment and products• Follow up with service related issues to make sure they are resolved and documented• Evaluate warranty exchanges and checking of returned spare parts and related paperwork• Trained in ZCC, PrepCenter, Salesforce, and other software related to Zund digital finishing equipment• Train customers on use of Zund cutters and related software both on-site and via phone support• Assist with preparing for trade shows (May require weekend travel)
