Performed electrocardiograms and set up heart monitors on patients. Trained patients in proper use of portable cardiac monitors. Learned how to interpret preliminary results to improve treatment times. Often worked as only EKG Technician for the hospital during night shifts, requiring effective communication when balancing needs of multiple departments.
