Worked closely with new dealers to ensure they had the basic and complex sales and marketing knowledge to succeed while incorporating training programs to train distributors and their employees. The result of the training increased sales and customer support between Generac employees and distributors/dealers, and between dealers and end users. The training also increased product knowledge and decreased warranty claims saving the company money. Constructed the training reporting system in Microsoft Excel to track scores, attendance, nationwide training distribution, trending, and training impact on sales data. Dealers and distributors involved in training increased sales by 32% as a result, and dealers that took part in training had an 80% higher volume of sales than dealers who did not utilize training. Created instructor led and online, self-directed training modules using Adobe eLearning Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Soundbooth, Flash, InDesign and Illustrator.
