As the Director of Athlete, Coach and Official Development at Football New Brunswick (FNB), I oversee the implementation and evaluation of programs and initiatives that enhance the quality and participation of football in the province. I have been in this role for six months, after serving as the Director of Football Operations at FNB for over a year.I am a certified NCCP football coach with a passion for the sport and its development. Furthermore, I have coached various levels of football, from grassroots to the New Brunswick provincial team, having participated in national level tournaments. I pride myself on my strong interpersonal and communication skills, which I leverage to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators in the football community. I served my country in the Canadian Armed Forces for seven years, during my time in uniform I developed my sense of discipline, improved my work ethic and proved to myself that I thrive in high-stress environments. Additionally, I have a background in acting, having won multiple awards for my performances in independent productions. I believe that acting has helped me develop my creativity, confidence, and leadership skills, which I apply to my current role at FNB.
