Objective: I have finished my BSBA with a concentration in Supply Chain, and am getting started in Real Estate Investing. Buying, selling and flipping houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. For the area I am working in is a bit harder than some other areas. I know this and it will all come together and then hopefully, take off and be running full time.We finished moving, but things have changed instead of moving to Louisiana we have made a temp move to the Montgomery area. The reason we have made this temporary stop is due to the house we are planning on moving into needs some major work. This includes a new roof to full reno inside. Thinking of getting back into Security and as they say trying my hand at property management. This last one I know will have to get my real estate license, should be able to start with a company as I get my license. We are planning on getting back into the real estate side business, this could be getting back into the wholesaling side of the business to looking at maybe buying past due taxes on houses. This can give us some capital to work with to possibly buying a house or two ourselves to flip and then sell.If there is anyone in the Management side as well as those that have gone and bought out past due taxes can send me messages and we can get together by phone/email/video.
