Responsible for directing and supervising staff, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and driving profit, growth and productivity goals. Manage the area functions of budgeting, planning and implementing policies and procedures, collaboration with community stakeholders, client monitoring and evaluations, and performance management. Responsible for employee, placed Talent and client satisfaction, demonstrating proactive leadership practices.• Demonstrates proactive leadership to drive profits and growth• Participates in recruiting process including interviewing, hiring, selection and onboarding of new staff• Supervises staff including planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving issues• Ensures customers receive exceptional customer service and that operational processes and policies are followed by staff• Monitors and directs performance management of employees by reviewing data, coaching, providing feedback and taking appropriate actions including recognition and accountability• Works with Recruiter to develop recruiting strategies to identify Talent• Works with Talent Relationship Specialist to address concerns regarding Talent’s performance, including counseling, rewarding, disciplining, termination and removal from job assignment• Works with staff to improve customer service strategies and retention• Works with the sales team to develop business solutions for clients and prospects• Retains and grows current client services, providing quotes, prices and credit terms• Maintains networking and sales relationships within the community to build public relations and drive new business• Develops and is responsible for executing the budget upon completion and approval
