Member of Dublin Airport Senior Management Team 2014-2024, with responsibility for Aviation Business Development strategy, planning and executionResponsible for recruitment, development and retention of ABD team. Grew Dublin Airport airline customer base from 23 to 52 carriers between 2013-2023, at the same time increasing annual passenger throughput from 16m to 33m. EBITDA grew to €167m by 2019 (pre-covid).This performance established Dublin as a Top 10 EU airport despite having the smallest catchment area population of any EU capital city.Post- Covid performance saw 50 out of 52 carriers retained and Dublin being one of only three major airports in Europe to record 2023 traffic levels ahead of 2019.Dublin’s key role as a gateway hub airport identified in the Irish government’s National Aviation Strategy was secured during tenure, with a major expansion of network reach into North America and the generation of significant transfer passenger flowsResponsible for multi-stakeholder business development campaigns which delivered Ireland’s first direct services to Asia-Pacific (Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong) in 2018Dublin Airport short listed as Top 5 finalist for Routes Global Airport Marketing Awards every year 2014-2019 – category winner 2014 and 2016, runner up 2019.
