I partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment & understanding in delivering world class products to our customers.It's my responsibility that our globally dispersed engineering team is organized and staffed in the optimal way, and that a safe and inspiring work environment creates the best possible foundation for innovation, creativity & efficiency.I try to see things I do from the receiver's perspective and believe in trust rather than control.
