I was the responsible portfolio and cost account manager for multiple projects staffed by over 200 Boeing employees located in Texas, Alabama, Florida and multiple sites in California. Accomplishments include: • Created and led a PMO responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and integration of complex space transportation logistics equipment through the application of Boeing’s program management best practices. Cumulative sales were > $130 million over this 4 year period. Typical PMO project mix was >20 on-going projects at any point in time with an operating budget of over $45 million during peak years. Successful job performance required significant customer interaction to assure customer satisfaction. As a result, my PMO provided significant business growth for the company and received two awards from the NASA Administrator and one award from the NASA Johnson Space Center.• Created and led an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to perform a $12 million fixed price international program with the Brazilian government for the design of an experiment/logistic space based facility.
