Responsibilities included: - Representing the capabilities of GT-SUITE software to new and existing customers through B2B technical marketing, industry conference presentations, and customized solutions per customer requirements- Collaborating with customers to improve their utilization of the software, both in depth and breadth, from the analysis engineer to Director and VP levels - Working closely with channel partners and satellite offices to provide solutions to customers outside of North America - Continual benchmarking of the software capabilities with respect to competitor offerings, and industry trends and needs - Implementation and maintenance of a yearly software development plan - Customer support (pre and post-sales) including both public and private trainings - Providing feedback, training, and guidance to younger engineers
