The Hanen Centre is a world leader in early language intervention. With near 10,000 members around the world, and growing, we have lead the way in changing early language intervention by putting parents first in order to help children best. As the Sales and Marketing Director, I am responsible for continuously bringing customer focused practices to meet our strategic goals in international and domestic markets, managing the development of new products and providing support and leadership to the sales and marketing department. What challenges and encourages my mind is playing a key role in strategy development and implementation. What challenges and encourages my heart is ensuring that every day we work harder than the last to make a difference in the lives of young children.
