Active participation in recruitment activities as job fairs, company presentations, ... for several schools, organisations, etc. Being assessor in the assessment centers for the selection of general management trainees (group discussion).

Self organized trip with friend through South and Central America. Going from Brazil, upto Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and finally ending up in Ecuador : exploring nature & culture, meeting people all over the world, broadening my perspectives, ... an experience never to forget!

This internship was my first experience on the work floor within the domain of Human Resources. Thanks to the entire team of Capgemini Human Resources, I had a first taste of every possible aspect within HR: Selection & Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, etc. The broad scope of this internship attracted me from the beginning, as well as the need to analyse and understand the needs of such a specific sector.
