As a Waridpesa associate, I was responsible for formulating, implementing and coordinating set up and roll out of mobile money delivery channels and agent network in Eastern Uganda.Key strengths and achievements include:a). Business development-Within a span of six month from the launch, as the territory sales manager, we were able to meet and exceed business objects for the year by setting up effective agent structures, employing and optimizing the right resources and working with and through multiple business functions to target non-traditional delivery channels for our mobile money productb). Relationship building and management –I was able to bring to the business more than three hundred savings and credit co-operative societies (Saccos) in Eastern Uganda to develop and launch both personal and corporate mobile money with a significant impact on our bottom-line within one year.c). Territory management-I was able to effectively implement market penetration strategies in the trade to achieve availability and grow transaction volumes within Eastern region.d).
