This role is to create roadmaps, plans, and strategies to execute plans. Approaches to all projects are to be given with transparent comprehensive reinvention when evaluating key cost drivers and functionality. Solution options come with completed evaluations and analyses to present vendors and packages. Training and recruiting IT professionals, managers, integrators and strengthening department teams. In accordance with being the lead it is expected that this person acts a role-model and mentor for all other IT professionals at various levels of technical matters and related operations.
