Jackson Dawson is an entrepreneurial marketing agency of leaders, creators, innovators and makers that delivers creative solutions to clients across various industries. As an HR Associate at Jackson Dawson, I support the company and human resources department in various tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support. My recruiting responsabilities allow me to work cross-functionally with the hiring managers and the HR team to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ranging from designers and developers to strategists and account executives. As candidates advance through the various interview stages, it is my job to ensure seemless communication for interviews and onboarding processes. My administrative duties include maintaining HR records, processing employee data, and providing support to all employees. Helping others is what I do best. Being able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and activating my strong interpersonal and organizational skills enables me to provide an overall positive HR experience.I graduated from Bob Jones University in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration, where I received the R. K. Johnson Award for excellence in academics and leadership. I have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service, friendliness, and teamwork. I enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where I can learn from my colleagues and contribute to the agency's mission and vision.
