• Remote Learning Dashboard: Develop system to automate puling data on remote learning interactions, Google Classroom usage, and iPad requests. Organize the data into a remote learning dashboard for use by CFO, EduStat and various other stakeholders;• Blended-Learning Calendar Dashboard: develop a dashboard to identify in-person learning dates for any student in the city.• Principal-support dashboards: develop numerous dashboards to improve principal support across the compliance checklist.• Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze Compliance Checklist data to identify trends and root causes in order to better target school support;• Conduct analyses to examine the impact of compliance on school and student outcomes of interest to principals;• Improve apples-to-apples compliance comparisons across schools by developing a demographically similar comparison group for each school;• Advise senior leadership on optimal strategy to engage the Borough/Citywide Offices (BCOs) and executive superintendents in supporting compliance;• Make connections between Compliance Services and senior DOE leadership to build relationships around compliance.

Supported the founding of three charter schools
