Inspects homes as part of WDIIR (report that pertains to home refinancing/selling). Schedules team vehicle/equipment repairs. Visits 15 to 20 houses daily, maintains positive customer relations (consistent check-ins, addresses concerns, educates customers on pest maintenance/activity), services commercial accounts and regularly communicates with home office.
