I am not your average IT worker.I may ask you the age old question: "Did you try turning it off and on?" but my skills run far deeper than that. While holding a dedicated and trustworthy reputation as a worker in the IT field, I am currently troubleshooting the software issues in a small insurance firm in Tampa. My computer literacy paired with my knowledge of hardware and software provide a strong safety net for any company with technical issues.Working on projects or presentations becomes a breeze when I apply my experiences with Microsoft Office and other application software. Along with being able to diagnose connectivity and network issues on either ethernet based or wireless networks. I am currently entering the final portion of my junior year at USF and have an expected graduation date of December 2018. While my experience may not be extensive, my skills have been honed through practice on both Mac and PC operating systems which has allowed me to broaden my horizons and take the necessary steps to transition from the usual PC Networks that I learned about in school. I hope to expand my comprehension of computers in the next year through classes and experiences at work to achieve an even greater understanding of computers.
