The acquisition of ECP Computers in late 2012 brought me into an Entrepreneurial status while still maintaining the daily operations duties of our retail storefront, along with the many expanding technical solutions offered to the greater Golden Triangle area nationally managed services clients.

Monitor and manage operational costs.Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of operational support staff in accordance with company policies.Manage the day to day company or department operations.Manage the selection, training and development of staff; ensure monthly sales quota are met.Sell the organization's products and/or services to new or established customers; handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.Oversee day-to-day retail operations and staff; monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules.Manage and stock inventory at specified levels.

Build and maintain computer and network for retail store.PC System builder and installer for all store clients.Network system installer, cabling and hardware support.Utilize various electronic test equipment, such as meters, oscilloscopes and power supplies.Perform soldering and electronic repair.Develop testing and repair procedures for retail repair department.
